The entire copyright of all Photographs is retained by the Photographer at all times throughout the world. Photographs may not be used without the Photographers written consent.

DEPOSIT AND REFUNDS
A booking is considered firm when a deposit will be paid to the photographer. The paid deposit is non-refundable.

PRIVACY

All details provided by you will be kept private and confidential and will not be shared with any other third party.

All agreements shall be governed by the laws of Republic Of Ireland.
